For more than 40 years Moderniek has been developing and producing high-quality mechanisation systems for internal logistics and material handling. Moderniek operates a fully equipped workshop where systems and machines are assembled, tested and prepared for installation.
Each installation can be assembled and tested in advance through a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), ensuring that the system performs exactly as intended before it is delivered.
By carrying out this process internally, we can implement adjustments quickly and ensure that every installation meets the required technical specifications. This approach reduces installation time on site and increases reliability during commissioning.

Installation and commissioning
Installation at the customer site is carried out by experienced and VCA-certified technicians. All work is performed in accordance with the applicable safety regulations and company procedures.
Once installation is completed, the commissioning process begins. During this phase we perform extensive system checks, including I/O verification and mechanical adjustments, to ensure that the installation operates safely and efficiently.
After successful testing and final acceptance during the Site Acceptance Test (SAT), the system is ready for full operation.

Documentation and compliance
For every installation Moderniek provides the necessary technical documentation, including operating manuals and maintenance instructions.
Where required, we also ensure that installations comply with the applicable European directives and regulations. This includes CE marking, confirming that the system meets all safety, health and environmental requirements for operation within the European market.
